weather ball is great in the current metagame. with rain all around, it gives venusaur a boost. however, the most important thing is how venasaur is normally used in sun, weatherball frees up a HP space, allowing it to use hidden power for something else.

When you use a Plus Power on a Mewtwo EX, does X ball now become 30x? Or do you just add 10 damage after calculating the amount of energy attached to both pokemon?
