This can work with the new raichu. You paralyze your opponent so they cant switch and use this pokemons attack to block energy attachment.

Can get a boost with Lurantis promo by 20 extra damage per Lurantis

To counter Wobb try ability lock Garb. Wobb lets other psychic types to use their ability as well. Or Muk would work as well. Try it out.

Maybe as a fun through in have 1-1 Gumshoos GX line so you can see your opponents deck so that you don't waste Team Skull Grunt or Team Flare Grunt. It also gives you a hint on what trainer cards you can go for next. :)

You gave me a good idea to maybe use TapuBulu GX in this deck and maybe adding Max Potion as well.

What about Gigalith? That pokemon has a great design and is terribly underated. If given the chance it could have a unique move set
