I don't think so. 'Technically' a Pokemon can't take more damage than its maximum HP. You can do 200 dmg with an attack, but in Lele's case it only actually gets hit with 170 bc that's the most damage it can take before getting knocked out.

Guys running Altarias with Dragonite-GX is a lot easier than you're making it out to be. Even just one is enough in most cases and with Devoured Field it's 300 easy. We have Ditto Prism Star so we have a universal access to either Dragonair or Altaria.

Not quite, it's not as much of a Vikavolt replacement as people are claiming. Vika attached from the deck wheras Dragonite attaches from the hand. So unlike Vika, you actually still need a way to put the energies in your hand first. I'm pretty bummed Vika is rotating :(

So I'm sure it's just the way it's worded, but I read P&S-GX's GX attack, and am I the only one slightly confused about how much damage it does? My assumption would simply be if you flip 10 coins you just do 100 per heads, but the fact they added in the whole "do 100 MORE damage for each heads"...

It wouldn't. Rainbow still only provides one energy at a time, and the GX specifies needing one extra of *each* energy. 3 rainbows would work, but either way there has to be at least 1 extra of each.
