No. You cannot play a trainer or supporter card for no effect. You can fail search cards because the deck is not public knowledge, but cards such as moomoo milk or switch cannot be played unless there is actually a use.

Gengar Lv X's Level Down effect is a Poke Power, not an attack. Metal Arceus only protects itself from effects of ATTACKS, not Powers or Bodies. Gengar Lv X can Level you down. ~Shadow
