RE: What would happen if Pokemon were the dominant species in the world? Because Pokemon already eat each other. And normal animals are much more defenseless than Pokemon. I think animals, unless they are very resilient predators, would die out in the new food chain that would be created.

Yes, he broke the school rules, but give him a punishment that is fit for his age, not for an adult. This shouldn't be something that is going to show up on his permanent record in background checks, as it could ruin this kid's future opportunities for jobs.
