Articuno-GX is so underwhelming to me. It's GX attack has no synergy with it's ability, and for a GX attack it has an awful drawback.

Without knowing the rest of your deck, I'd say yes. If you have both Zoroark-GX on the field you should be able to Trade into them fairly easily. I'd prefer a 3-3 line personally, but again, I don't know the rest of the deck so maybe a 3-2 line is fine.
