The idea is to maxies out a rampardos by turn 2 and either put 1 energy to KO zoroarks if the opponent has them or use elixirs to try and take ohko's on basic EX/GX's with the second attack (which auto KOs basics)

I think the Chomp deck is the strongest theme deck in the history of the game. Unless a good Fairy one comes out later it will be the BDIF of TCGO theme format, and also Chomp/Luke will be the most common budget deck among new players because 2 copies of this is almost the whole deck sans Lele

Escape Board isn't a typo, that's the new tool in Ultra Prism that reduces retreat by 1 and allows you to retreat when paralyzed or asleep. It's worth using over float stone if every mon in your deck has 1 retreat
