Golisopod does great damage for just 1 energy. In order to to that damage you need to bring Golisopod from the bench to the active. Burning Shadows brings so many tools to accomplish that. Guzma, Acerola, and scoop up. On top of all that we still have Switch and Float Stone.

Alolan Ninetales is definitely a problem. No idea what to tech in for that. Guzma is one card that can deal with it but if they're running quad then we're pretty much screwed. Working on a build that includes Baby Volcanion.

I wouldn't put 4 Kiawe in the deck. 3 at the most. You really need one in turn one. I have yet to play a second one afterwards.

You'll in some way, shape or form run out of resources especially if the game goes long. In late game Salazzle GX doesn't require much energy but hits like a Truck.

Wasn't running it for any of those Pokemon to be honest lol. I just feel like it does an amazing job getting that final prize. With Turt + Kiawe it's very easy to get down to 2 prizes quickly. By then Salazzle GX is doing 200 damage for just two energy.

Is Acerola actually in the deck? I mean you have to evolve all the way to Break again...

I currently have 3 version of this deck. I "teched" in a 1-1 salazzle for late game. Was extremely useful against the garde MU because of it's low energy cost attacks. Ended up taking that match against garde with my Salazzle GX doing 250 for 2 energy while all of my opponent exhausted all his...

Also there is one thing you're forgetting. Ho Oh set's itself up to be knocked out by Garde GX.

After trying both decks. I love BOTH. Extremely fun.

The cards that I would like to add in the deck are: 1. Skyla -Being able to search for Po Town, Devo Spray, or any other card sounds pretty good 2.Olivia - To search out Alolan Muk GX

Nice! I've been working on a list for Muk. I feel like this Muk is much more competitive. Nice job!

Might replace Staryu/Starmie in the deck instead of Octilary. Don't agree with some of the choices but the consensus seems to think that Octilary should be taken out.

Max Elixir places the energy on your benched Pokemon. The MAIN reason Volc is in this deck is for steam up. If you don't have energy in your hand you can't use it.

Also I might go with a different version that involves Po Town, Drampa GX, and Acerola. Idk which version is better.

Thoughts? I feel like a list running Po Town w/ Acerola and maybe a single Drampa GX is the most competitive version of said deck. What do you guys think? What's strong about the deck and what are it's weaknesses?
