Then play more Quick Balls/Communications. They shuffle the deck and find Crobat/Dedenne/Eldegoss. They solve the extremely niche scenario almost as well as Survival Kit, but also are infinitely more useful at any other point in the game.

The use case is so niche that it is terrible. You have to draw it in the first place after you've been Marnie'd out of what you want.
