I see where you are coming from, but Kingdra doesn't have any special energy. The jolteon-EX would be a nice addition but we're you saying to take out the Raikou?

I think that wobbuffet BREAK would be nice if it could swap around damage counters. What is more likely, I think, is for them to have an attack that does around 30 (not too much, not too little) and has an effect similar to sinister hand

You can't run a 2 brp and 3 xy, because you can only have 4 of the same pokemon in a deck. What does everyone think about the promo Greninja? You could run reverse Valley to boost the damage output

Not too sure if that energy reset will be awesome, but I'm sure someone will find some kind of use for it. Maybe Magnezone decks? We have Kingdra and rikou, but there is the energy pouch and it's better so I don't think it will see play
