No. The text of the card clearly says the attack does 40 more damage if you used the attack last turn. There is no indication that it grows each turn.

Ok, well dark patch is scary overpowered. A trainer that can attach a basic or special dark from discard for free? No catch at all? Not only will this be used in dark decks, but in a lot of other decks too. Colorless decks like tornadus can also use dark patch.

Resharim with a plus power can OHKO Kyurem. Kyurem needs 5 damage counters on it to OHKO resharim. Therefore I don't see a counter as needed. However I should point out that rainbow energy works well in Reshiphlosion (the correct deck name) and coballion could be a 1 card tech to do 100...

Donphan and dragons is going to be amazing with a water type dragon. You'll have type coverage on almost every top deck. The only weakness you won't have is psychic.
