Personally, the only thing Eletrode-GX is good for is trading for other cards :P Giving up two prize for energy acceleration, which other cards can do without the prize cards, is a steep price.

Pyukumuku, seriously. It's an exceptionally balanced format in standard. No cards are broken in my opinion. I'm loving the plethora of strong decks and diverse competition.

I've done well with rotom/gourgeist/shrine. It's a lot of work to wear down 6 non gx's while taking shrine punishment. Also, gourgeist easily ohko's Blacephalon-GX.

I love this card, it hits hard, but it's rich with energy costs. What about Naganadel and Quagsmire (sp?) . With only four aqua patches it would be hard to fully power more than one before you started getting ohko's from your opponent.

I do not think the rewards outweigh the risks. You're re giving up half your prize cards for a Pokémon that has a substantial energy cost, and only has a good attack if your opponents active is an evolution. Hard pass on ever playing this card, I'll stick with shrine decks and scoop three easy...
