If you start with Virizion and attach a DCE all you need is a grass next turn. You can put also Virizion in a Tornadus deck too if you play Prisms. Since you're already playing DCE it'd add an extra way to beat Darkrai.

Assuming they get one. Plus, Eviolite can get around that. I mean how likely is it for a Darkrai deck to get a HTL out with a fully charged Darkrai T2? It'd be easier to get DCE + Grass on Virizion and attack for 100+ T2.

This one is pretty good. You can 2HKO a Darkrai with it and they can't even OHKO you without a Dark Claw.

It's good in Blastoise/Keldeo and Klinklang. Chris Fulop also played one in RayEels and top cutted with it.

If you don't care about rarity, yes. Both EXs are very playable whereas you can just get a regular Blastoise for ~$10.
