RE: The Two Legendary Pokemon Those "hints of red" are in the Sclera rather than the Iris where they would need to be for it to be a red eye, the Iris is clearly blue like the other eye. Also if you check the "red" bits with a program like MS Paint, they're actually varius shades of grey.

That's clearly Africa in the bottom left, which is below Europe, which contains France, which is where Pikachu was, its Earth. Then again the Pokemon world is just another version of Earth, much like the Pikmin Planet, so that doesn't nescessarily mean anything.
