RE: The B/W Questions and Answers Thread you can transfer them regardless of if you have the national dex, you just need to have told the man the password to activate the relocator.

As far as I know, shiny Reshiram and Zekrom aren't available in BW, even by making them go to Dragonspiral tower because when you battle and defeat them at N's Castle their colour, nature and such are set from that point onwards. The only way of obtaining a shiny Reshiram or Zekrom is through...

RE: The B/W Questions and Answers Thread @catutie Its at the top of Route 13 which is to the right of Lacunosa Town, you have to down to the beach first, then go to the sea on the right and then go back up. Once you're up their you can use strength on the boulder to create a shortcut.
