RE: Rumors and Speculation (Potential Spoilers) Aren't there 3 different pokedexs (Coastal, Plain and Mountain) so I'm sure that each Dex has it's own set of numbers so Skiddo and Hawlucha could have the same number on seperate pokedexs.

I forgot where I saw it but MegaCharizard X will have higher Attack instead of Sp. Attack.

Take out Metal Claw and give it Belly Drum! That will be "All She Wrote!"

I highly doubt they will play favorites and not give alternate megas to at least the other Kanto Starters if not every starter. Plus it's not like they said Charizard is the only one to get it.

The trailer has it in Sky Battles. I guess since you have to start the battle as regular Charizard that allows it to be in those battles without it being Flying type or having Levitate.

Does the blue on Infernape make sense...not really but then again fire can burn in all colors depending on the burning material. Therefore purple along with the possible Psychic typing does make sense. Not saying I believe the pics as real but the coloring could be possible.
