Kingdra prime works. 110 damage for 1 energy, plus a SP crobat equals 1 hit KO. Then again that is its own deck type.

There is a haunter, though not in block formation, that when put into play from your hand confuses the opponents active pokemon. It came out at the same time a machoke that when confused it deals 50 extra damage. I do not know the set name but i believe the symbol fof the set was 3 trees.
