I think the ones I couldn't find unlimited editions for that come to mind right away are the three eeveelution quick start decks and the elemental quarter decks (I'm pretty sure that's what they were - it was medicham, etc...)

Yeah, these miscuts are becoming more and more common. I saw someone open a box of NXD and all of the cards were miscut but not quite this extreme - though still noticeable. Like everyone said before, you'll probably get an extra few dollars for it if you find the right person.

Yes, all of those sets were run in unlimited print. Spiral Force hasn't been printed in unlimited edition yet if my understanding is correct but will be sooner or later.
