Discussion Decks that can Run Plumeria in Standard?

It was used at worlds in a Drampa/Garb deck I believe. I can see maybe using it with Darkrai now. Could help get Darkrai GX and energy into discard while disrupting your opponent as well.

Alt. Format A Gardevoir GX Deck. (Post-Rotation)

Been playing a similar list. I like cutting one letter and adding one guzma. That's it though seems solid otherwise. Being able to Skyla for letter is much more useful than one would consider. I like Acerola a lot one is fine still I think. You could consider the -1 Gardy +1 Gallade move. I've...

Help Best Gardevoir GX deck list

Not a fan of weakness policy at all. If you run more than 1 you are hurting yourself against everything but metagross. If you run just the 1 copy you have to find it, then hope they don't find one of their 2-3 field blowers. Most decks have one auto loss. I'd rather build the deck to maximize...

Discussion What Deck Will Win Worlds 2017?

Who knows. I think it's going to be a game of rock-paper-scissors between Gardy, Metagross, and Volcanion. I'm guessing Volcanion. I wouldn't be shocked if someone runs hot with Greninja and gets close. Aside from its obvious dead draw potential it has decent match ups against all 3 of these decks.

Discussion Is Volcanion-EX Still a Good Deck?

Going to be interesting to see what happens after burning shadows drops. Some of the top players said while testing the deck loser is busted. I still think Gardy has a good match up against it but then again Gardy is a stage 2. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

News Pokemon GO Fest 'A Complete Disaster'

The product is pokemon correct? I'm not imagining I'm catching pokemon when I play the game right ? They are connected. It's just as much their mess.

Discussion Something I've Noticed With Gardevoir GX Decks

Given Gardy's ability I'd focus more on accelerating pokemon over energy. Go with Dancie or vulpix and get out Gardy's faster imo is the better way to go over accelerating the energy with Xerneas. If you get out Gardy or Multiple Gardys a turn earlier than you would if you were running Xerneas...

    Help Greninja BREAK 2017-2018 Rotation

Even with those loses IMO Greninja is better than ever. Greninja now has field blower and choice band, both of which are huge additions for obvious reasons. Hex is lost in rotation, big win for Greninja. Lastly as someone mentioned above Guzma allows another switch for an absurd 3rd Giant Water...

Discussion Officially Sanctioned Tournaments on PTCGO

I would love to see this as well. There are a few things that are likely preventing this from happening though. Mainly the current software. They would likely have to do a pretty big overhaul to the program itself to be able to do this. You couldn't rely on individuals just challenging each...

Discussion North American Internationals Winning Deck : Drampa -GX / Garbodor

Yeah from hearing some of the top players discuss their deck choices for this, a common theme was going with decks they were most familiar with. With a Tournament this size it was all about consistency and familiarity over newer decks that could've been good meta calls.
