At a first glance I would remove both energy search and replace them with an N and a Juniper, a max count of both is a must in more or less every deck.

If, by the last paragraph, you mean you want to add an EX, Shaymin EX is probably your best bet. IMO you don't have the cards to effectively run it however.

SheNinja has hit the nail on the head here, but as a side note, if you're worried about Catcher's price add an N and a Skyla instead, meaning you have just 2 or 3 Catchers. It should take precedence though.

I haven't actually had time to try it out what with PTCGO going down twice in two days, I so want to run a 4th Candy though, i'm just not sure what to take out.

Assuming you want to use Luxray as your main attacker, first off try boosting your lines to a 4-1-4 or similar and adding 3 or 4 Rare Candy. Secondly make sure you have a lot of draw support, N and Juniper are the most popular of these. 4 of each will help hold up your deck. Also Zekrom, either...
