Well the Darkrai/Hydreigon deck is based off of using Hydreigon to move dark energies off of Darkrai so it can be Max Potioned, then move the energies back. The Garchomp player would have to Catcher and KO the opponent's Hydreigon before it can start hitting Darkrais, otherwise they'll just...

I think they will both be Tier One. In Japan, Hydreigon won, but based on theorymon Garchomp should win the matchup, due to Garchomp hitting for weakness on Hydreigon, then just being able to 2HKO Darkrais with one energy and one Altaria, for 2 prizes.

Garchomp/Altaria should be a favorite to win in that particular matchup, since with one Altaria out it can OHKO Hydreigon or with the second attack. It's also more consistent because of Gabite's search ability.

I think Donphan as a deck is better than Terrakion as a deck, but Terrakion as a tech is infinitely better than Donphan, obviously. Donphan doesn't autolose to Hammertime/Sableye/Darkrai/Hammer, and it has Max Potion going for it. Even if it can't OHKO much, 2HKO with Healing is pretty good.

Pack Art can influence sales on a small scale, for example someone buying a pack with their favorite Pokemon on it. On a larger scale, such as how many overall packs the Pokemon Company sells as a whole, no, because stores order packs by the box/case and they don't order new ones until they run out.

I agree that this could have some Tier 2/3 potential with Entei, but I think Volcorona may not be entirely worth it. It's a stage 1 taking away space for more needed things, for an extra 20 damage on a flip. I'd have to do a little math to see if it would help against popular cards, though...
