I definitely think Archeops needs to be jolly with Stone Edge over Rock Slide. Otherwise, Gengar and Jolteon destroy it and it needs as much power as possible from Stone Edge.

On Kingdra, I would suggest HP Electric over HP Fire. This is a result of Bippa's post. If you are able to sweep weakened rain teams, HP Fire will be useless and HP Electric is super effective, and also with Ice Beam it has better coverage.
