Perhaps they aren't grayed out, but when we can only see this for not even a split seconds and it's zoomed in, the colors aren't guaranteed to be extremely accurate. Therefore, they could be Teddiursa or Cubchoo. OR CHILDREN.

Cubchoo isn't a bad guess... It was the closest possible match, but I do realize that the coloring sorta disproves that. In Diamond and Pearl there were little children running around in Pikachu costumes. It wouldn't surprise me at all if these are kids. The one that is facing forward...
