I remember my first shiny very clearly... It was a Tentacool that I found on Floe Island in FireRed. All I knew was that it was different than a regular one, and I had no knowledge of what a shiny was. In the end I caught it, but I no longer have it. I'm not really sure what happened to it...

I don't understand how you can sit there and say a tree doesn't have a good reason for being a ground type, yet you support all the previously named pokemon that are already ground. Most of those have horrible explanations. Donphan being based on a tire? Nidoking and Nidoqueen can pierce...
