Here's a random thought that will never happen, but I'm posting it so if it does, I will have bragging rights: What if the starters are all monotyped, but when they mega evolve they gain the psychic, dark, fighting that the source said?

I think we all sort of feel that fennekin will be fire/psychic given its learning of psychic and spy beam and the credibility of the rumors. On a similar note chespin will be part dark and froakie will be part fighting. I do wonder why gamefreak is making such a big deal about giving fennekin...

It looks like we were partially right and he will not live in or near your hometown.

I believe that Clemont and Grant are electric and rock respectively. This is because 1) Their designs seem to fit with the types, 2) On the official website, it shows them with a yellow and brown colour respectively. These colours are commonly associated with those types. What do you guys think?

RE: Why do you think Team Flare's goal is money? I think that GameFreak might just be going back to its roots. Remember the goal of Team Rocket? Maybe this could hint that they might do a second connecting region next gen. I am probably taking this way too far, but who knows?

I would love the elite four as I found it quite annoying that we didn't know any of the dark-type trainers.

Maybe they will change/add the/another berry system to something that fits better with the pokemon macaroon-like food. Maybe they can be found in shops.
