Are you trying to sell it? If so, then a 9 is worth it. An 8 or lower, in my opinion, would not be though.

First off, if you want us to evaluate a card, you should try and give us super clear images. Your's are a bit fuzzy :/ From what I can tell, you'd probably get a 9 seeing as there are a few little nicks along the bottom on the back.

6x9 is the size I find fits most jumbos best.

I know some people cut page protectors to use as sleeves.

RE: Buying Individual Packs Online The only way to truly find out if they weigh their packs is to buy ALL of their packs, not just 5 each. You may have just picked 5 bad ones. If you buy all of the packs they have for sale, and then get nothing, you have solid evidence that they weigh.
