RE: Question for my mewtwo! If you mean if you can use Kelpsy Berries to 'increase' the total amount of EVs you can put in other stats, then the answer is no. You can use Kelpsies to lower your Attack EVs until you reach 0, but you cant go further than that.

Really nice list, I must say. I really like Jumpluff. I don't know if SSU are worth the space; I played Jumpluff before the format change and I never really felt I need them. If you find yourself using them a lot then by all means keep them, but I'd consider: -3 SSU +1 Cyrus' Conspiracy +2 PONT...

I'd rather keep Umbreon. Its quite fast and shuts down so many things its not funny (including Donphan, which is dangerous).

Yea, Nidoqueen prevents Darkness Roar from backfiring. I will add Unown Q and Nidorina as suggested - they were in my first list but for some reason I took them out. Keep the suggestions coming!
