Ok, I'll give this a shot. Amoongus: I'm just not seeing Black Sludge doing enough in a VGC format to warrant using. I would replace it with Mental Herb so Amoongus isn't completely useless if someone Taunts it. Garchomp: I like Sub Chomp, but you may want to consider replacing Swords...

Because Venasaur is a better sun attacker, Jumpluff has ragepowder, and they're both redundant with a focus sash shiftry fake outing and killing stuff. Fake out really is the main draw with shiftry though, and both venasaur and jumpluff might be worth considering.
