Well there are different sides to UnCollege. There will always be the lazy kids who, if they didn't go to college, would do nothing all day. It depends on the student.

Pretty good combo! The best part is that water can no longer easily destroy this deck because Terrakion has grass weakness. This deck may see a lot of play when terrakion comes out.

It's a good idea, I can't argue with that. The only problem (and it is a major one) is that pokemon reversal (and soon catcher) can beat this deck fairly easily. Once you are weak or vulnerable to a popular card, chances are the deck won't stand a chance. Nice idea, though!

I agree, this is a bit too much. Perhaps, you can show the TRU and prof a REAL league, (there's probably another one close to you depending on where you live). Maybe then they will change.
