Probably because Charizard's pre-evos actually help him, and 150 is 2 pluspowers away from OHKO'ing an EX. Though Rage Claws would probably be more used, using that attack once to OHKO an EX can be pretty awesome. Oh, and the ability to snipe 2 Tynamos or whatever doesn't hurt either. Also...
