Swapping out one of the Drampa for a Necrozma GX and the Latios for a Shining Mew can help immensely. With Necrozma GX and Espeon EX, you can do a 2 shot combo of using Necrozma's GX attack and then devolving your opponent's entire board to take out 2 or 3 of their Ralts/Kirlia immediately.

Personally, I'd rather see a card literally called "Prize Card". You get 6 of these with any starter deck, just as you get a coin, counters, etc. Prize Card would have 3 words printed on it: "Draw a card". They'd function exactly the same as any other card, KO a Pokemon, pick up 1 or 2 prize...
