I really like the design of the Basic EX cards, but I do see problems with the non-ex Pokemon.

Thank you! So I suppose this is currently a bug in the official tcg simulator. I did the rope/lys combo after a quick guard and my attack still didnt work.

Can Quick Guard be trumped with things that remove it from Active spot then bring it back in? (i.e. Catcher/Lysandre, Escape Rope Lysandre) I know those combos generally turn off other similar attack effects.
