All “ex Starter Deck Generations” Cards Revealed, Over 90 New Cards!

Torterra: "Damage boosting is for wimps." Jumpluff/Dipplin: "Ignore him, we're glad to make your acquaintance." Did a quick search, and the Festival Lead list from the official GLC website was the only GLC list I saw that's already playing Lurantis. I'm sure there are many other lists that play...

The Best Rogue Deck for LAIC?! Aegislash’s Untapped Potential

If I had a nickel for every "Safeguard" Pokémon printed during the Scarlet and Violet era that had an attack which Mew ex could exploit to circumvent said ability, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice. What do you guys think? Deliberate design choice? I know...

Ceruledge ex — A Great New Deck for Beginners and Veterans

Especially with the Dangerous Laser tech. By the way, are you vibing with the Furness Railway team colors, Albert? Dabfamlet: *Spews mist of chocolate milk* *Beams* "I see you are a Charmander of culture too."

    Budew from Terastal Festival

I mean, Snorlax is rotating a few months after this card is printed, while Dusknoir is here to stay for another couple of years. This card seems like a more effective Dusknoir and especially Charizard counter than Gastrodon (Which a Charizard user could just play around by triggering each stage...

    Budew from Terastal Festival

Now at least I can figure out who 2008 eloped with all those years ago. The family resemblance to Psyduck is strong.

@bbb888 No idea if that's a toystory reference, but here's one of my own; does your neighbor play flip it or rip it? (Also, don't burn that bridge by deleting the account with all your hard-earned cards on it. Who knows? You might find that drive again later.)

All Eeveelution Cards Revealed from “Terastal Festival ex!”

Fortunately you can use Switch or something if Flareon ex, Jolteon ex or Vaporeon ex hasn't been unawaked by your next turn. I like their math the best at a glance, as 280 OHKOs many relevant Pokémon (But sadly maybe not enough?). Of course, other people are mentioning Leafeon ex's first attack.

All Eeveelution Cards Revealed from “Terastal Festival ex!”

Yeah, the mid-stage evolution reliant decks or basically any Hyper Aroma deck seem like they'd suffer, but how often is Charizard ex just going to set up another Charizard ex unaided by any bird and take the revenge KO? And that's without looking at all the basic Pokémon. As someone who mainly...

All Eeveelution Cards Revealed from “Terastal Festival ex!”

How is Espeon ex's Amethyst attack worth it? Espeon EX from BreakPoint could devolve each of your opponent's Pokémon and put them back into your opponent's hand for a single Colorless Energy... on a basic... meaning you're having to evolve a Pokémon and attach two other Energy cards to get close...

I have barely touched Facebook, or social media in general since I stopped checking Discord regularly (Excluding YouTube). If you shared a link to your Facebook page I could check it out, but I wouldn't know how to find it otherwise, and I wouldn't want to fall down a rabbit hole trying to find it.

Discussion Galvantula ex is good and let me tell you why

Turns out AzullGG made a second video of the deck shortly afterwards, and that he'd actually scrapped Blissey ex entirely over speed and consistency issues, in favor of running a 3-4 Bibarel line, 4 Glass Trumpet, 4 Energy Switch, 3 Powerglass and 4 Crispin. Quite an interesting take.

Discussion Galvantula ex is good and let me tell you why

Speaking of perfect for this thread (Which I'm casually resurrecting over two months later), I've found another video showcasing a slightly different build of Galvantula ex/Blissey ex... AzulGG's initial take on it, which focused on a stage 1-heavy, energy-light build with no Radiant Greninja or...

I mean, we had those gold card promos from the Terapagos Ultra Premium Collection, so sadly we may not be getting anything unique in terms of Gold cards. I'd be interesting in seeing Illustration Rares for the baby Paradox Pokémon.

Ultimately it probably wasn't that versatile in Japan, as they played a Base-Neo variant called Hall of Fame that restricted many of the cards it countered... Blastoise, Sneasel, Chansey, Metal Energy, Gold Berry and Chaos Gym. (Video linked, official Hall of Fame rules at 2:56.)

Fan Club Porygon didn't need to flip a coin, though, and its first attack could discard Gold Berries, Focus Bands and Stadiums, so it would have found its way into many decks, and Wigglytuff would have outshone Steelix and Sneasel. (Source...

Paint Lock is a powerful deck in Base-Neo and Rocket-Legendary Collection (Lists linked) that can trap a Pokémon incapable of damaging Neo Genesis Murkrow in the active, enabling you to slowly destroy your opponent's bench.

Shining Magikarp was also rewarded through this system, right? Interestingly, Fan Club Porygon was a powerful card that probably would have turned our Base-Neo meta upside down, as it could put a Coloring Counter on a Pokémon to permanently change its type... without a coin flip, unlike Promo...
