that blacephalon seems amazing! Espeon GX's GX attack only places 10 damage counters and has a higher cost (1 psychic 2 colorless) it's because blacephalon's second typing ingame is ghost

only problem with Giovanni's Exile is that you can't have any damage counters on that pokémon and with shrine of punishment/spell tag/... it's not that easy to keep damage counters off of them

second this, you're far less reliant on TAE that way
