I tried to build ninetales and so far I'm underwhelmed. Getting 9 tools in for the rotoms was already a two turn process at best, so getting any more significant damage with ninetales doesn't happen until 3 turns into the game, add to that the fact that it has to evolve and therefore wastes deck...

So far I've only faced one, but I won because mallow and lana works in the wrong direction, and they would need switch. If they did switch to prepare for a mallow and lana next turn, I played phione. I'll let you know how future matchups go... I'm sure there will be some that aren't winnable...

I'd look at the new set for some support. You probably won't get Giovanni every turn, so a clefairy doll can take a hit and deny a prize while you attach to rhydon, and you can play belelba and brycen man to mill three (mills yourself too, so you might want some lana's fishing rods to get back...

We've already had blacephalon, buzzmosa and sabletar that could bypass the double mismagius engine. You just don't knock out the second one. Unless people are going to pull out the trio as a surprise.

There are three or four decks around that use a green's exploration engine. Definitely a budget option, though mainly this is for tag team decks. Upping supporter counts works sometimes as well, if there are enough supporters that do roughly what you want.

Needs a sixth (or rather fifth because the GX should be your last) attacker to force a seven prize game. Baby turtonator could work. Maybe two in case an attacker is prized. An alternative would be babe lele for spread math fixing, but you'd need a fairy energy also.
