I think that, as you run 4 Scoop Up Net and 4 Switch, Jirachi would give this deck a great consistency boost. I'm not sure what you could cut, as all the cards seem to be crucial to the deck's ability to run smoothly. Another card that would really help is Black Market.

Can you Welder with a Heat Energy?

I think that Indeedee is definitely a good Pokemon to pair it with, but I didn't add it because it's a Green's deck. I used Pokemon Catcher because it is easily searchable with Green's, but you can use them on the same turn. Thanks for the feedback!

Giratina Lv. X needs a lot of energy to work... so how do you get all four energy onto it? I really like the Crobat idea, as it can spread to whoever you want, and moderately quickly.

I think that the card was designed a lot earlier than we're actually seeing it... Hence the fairy energy symbol and just GX's can't use it.
