Not looking forward to big basics yet again. I've grown so tired of this card game and have just strictly stuck to collecting cards I like... which is unfortunate.

Then they could have easily just put it in some other product, not restrict it to bigger events.

Starting to get really tired of this trend. I'd prefer these in normal sets because I haven't enjoyed this card game in almost over 3 years. I'd love the cute alternate arts - but I'm not going to invest and play in this meta to get them.

Really not hyped for this... especially with added complication to card legality. These sets are getting too big, half the cards feel worthless, and they aren't listening to the players who take issue with it... Every time I find my spark for the TCG reignited, they tend to do things like this...

A darn shame, but oh well. I haven't played the TCG actively in almost 2 years and all this does is deter me from playing further and sticking to collecting.

Probably unlikely that we'd get this as a deck in some form over here but I'd love it because these seem so perfect to make a cube out of.

I would really love these as a Dice Tin. I would probably just invest in one and then purchase the art cards on their own to assemble.

I very much like the idea of "Pokemon Art" Cards. Just something like the Topps cards with TCG artwork on the full card. Yeah you could say "Just buy the TCG cards" but from a collector standpoint - getting something like Topps again would be really cool.

Good we need more stuff like this. This card game has been super inaccessible for a lot of people who can't afford big money cards. Maybe I'll actually play again sooner than I thought.

You really haven't played Go then. A lot of your worries seem misplaced/unreasonable. Wait until the game comes out. Everything else in the game seems normal except for the capture mechanics.
