Firstly, @Calcab is right. Dive ball is amazing in this deck. We should get these cards before Primal Clash rotates, so Dive ball and Rare Candy will be available till rotation. I like the Palkia, however since it takes at least 2 turns to power up, I would suggest a few Fighting Fury...

I think if you were paranoid, and had an extra spot, it wouldn't hurt to put 1 copy in. But I think the nail in the coffin is that it's an Item. I would be all over this for Sableye Garbodor if I could grab it from the discard via VS Seeker.

The problem is that it's such an astronomical happenstance. If someone was playing Sableye and they found out that it was prized, it would be way more efficient to scoop and move on to game 2.
