I dislike minimize. I don't play VGC, but in my randomizers, when my opponents chansey spams minimize, and I miss every single move, and when I get a hit, they just use soft boil. Some battles took 5 minutes, on fast forward. Any other moves that increase evasion are annoying in my book.
