-4 Shadow Circle (No Darkness Energy to support it) + 2 Hydreigon EX (Good Counter against Agieslash EX and Pyroar and also give Giratina EX only a 1 retreat cost) +2 Hex Maniac (A good locking card that can get rid of Aigeslash/Pyroar if you don't have a counter out)

That would probably be too clunky since you would have to run at least a 3-1-3 Vileplume line and a 3-2 Bronzong line. I can see Aigeslash as a tech for the mirror match though.

Perhaps the Break Evolution is similar to Pokemon L.V. X. in a way by making them stronger or maybe it can give Raichu Break a 20+ Health Boost for each energy attached to it or something like that.

M Absol can be it's own deck with cards like Trick Shovel and Xatu to get that sweet 160 every turn along with Muscle Band. As a tech it can also work with M Tyranitar and Toolbox as well.

I think the art would've been better if it didn't look like they photo shopped it but still cool. Playable-wise, I see it as either a lock card for Siesmotoad,Eggs etc. or actually as a counter tech in M Ray,M Rayshiram etc. against Trevennet/Shaymin and other Item Lock decks

If you're worried about that running switch is your best bet as it can also help for Reshiram if you don't have a Hydreigon in play.

I would suggest Shauna, It's decent draw power and doesn't have any risks at all.

M Manectric will probably increase in popularity for those reasons and it actually has a decent Siesmotoad match up, I wouldn't be surprised if it became a Teir 2 deck by the end of Regionals.

Well Roaring Skies playmats should be wider to support Skyfield so I think that'll be a decent choice.

Since "Energy Acceleration" isn't as big as it was back then it probably isn't gonna be Mewtwo status. But it'll probably be used as a tech in certain decks

I can see Lugia EX sprouting up mostly in MegaMan decks to counter fighting decks especially since Hwalucha will still be a huge threat in XY-On to MegaMan. I'm also sure Lugia will replace Mewtwo in Wobbabats (Wobbefett/Bats), and Siesmotoad/Bats
