Oh, that makes sense. I knew you could catch Eevee somewhere around Castelia City. I was looking at Pokemon that you can get throughout the story on a walkthrough, so yeah. What do people think about being able to catch a shiny Haxorus and receiving a shiny Gible/Dratini egg in Black/White 2?
