This deck lacks Jirachi. If the opponent begins the game and have time to use Rare Candy before Vileplume is out, spread and send out Jirachi for multiple KOs. Even if it's not played often, you should find a solution to Serperior's Royal Heal.

Too many important coin flips, including the one to decide who begins. At least Catcher will reduce that.

I did a banlist that took me a lot of time. After doing that list, I thought to myself "a EX-on extended format would be way easier to maintain". Less rules compatibility problems, and a really smaller banlist... So because it is Unlimited, obviously it is a long list, and only playtesting...

Battles were displayed on screens all day previous years, so that should not change next year imo.

I say some decks (Donphan) will need it early game to get KOs on things like Oddish, Cyndaquil or Gothita / Solosis, thus playing 4 copies of it. For slower decks 2 or 3 should probably be enough

Wobbuffet isn't broken in doubles. Seriously, Wobbu in single battles is broken because of its ability to help other sweepers to set up thanks to shadow tag + Encore and by being able to handle one opponent Pokémon, and by being wishable, but in doubles it's not going to be the case.

The random drawing really sucks. -_-' But making a truly competitive tournament is clearly not the priority of PUSA I guess...
