It's because it is just a bog standard Regirock, with nothing in terms of strategy we haven't seen before, and artwork the official TCG has used on a card before (EX: Holon Phantoms). I'd say it seems a reasonable grade. Well done to the winners! Also wow my joke card pulled a 46? Thanks...

Thank you! I figured it was because the drawback doesn't halt the attack in any way. If it either had a discard energy rule, or a "does x damage to itself" rule then it'd be fine, but this chap can hit for 80 each turn without stopping; but then I'm not the most in touch with the game in all...
