“Paldea Legends Tins” Featuring Koraidon ex and Miraidon ex Revealed!

$35 for a tin... I think I'll pass, and I was excited for a moment when I saw this to get a cheap playset of Miraidon ex. I guess at least this means it'll be cheaper to buy them as singles... granted we don't get these until a couple months after SV releases, but that's fine.

Forretress ex, Annihilape ex, Bellibolt ex, Mimikyu from “Snow Hazard” and “Clay Burst!”

Fortress ex may enable some shenanigans down the line, but right now there isn't anything that pays off enough from it. Not impressed by Annihilape ex. Yes it's just a single energy for up to 240 damage, but if I'm using a stage 2 multiprizer I'd rather using something that hits similar numbers...

“Snow Hazard” and “Clay Burst” Sets Featuring Chien-Pao ex and Ting-Lu ex Officially Revealed!

I prefer Ordinary Rod myself, but calling Super Rod a downgrade isn't accurate, and having one is better than none considering Ordinary Rod rotates. Ordinary Rod let you get up to 4 cards if you recycle 2 Pokemon and 2 Basic Energy, but Super Rod can let you get 3 of one or the other if you...

“Snow Hazard” and “Clay Burst” Sets Featuring Chien-Pao ex and Ting-Lu ex Officially Revealed!

N just shuffled, this places on the bottom of your deck like Marnie, so you won't draw cards that were in your hand before you used it.

“Snow Hazard” and “Clay Burst” Sets Featuring Chien-Pao ex and Ting-Lu ex Officially Revealed!

At least it doesn't work with Nest Ball or Battle VIP Pass, granted we still have Ultra Ball... I guess we all figured something like this would be around the corner sooner or later with Crobat V rotating. So it does work with those, but can only be used during the first turn of the game.

“Snow Hazard” and “Clay Burst” Sets Featuring Chien-Pao ex and Ting-Lu ex Officially Revealed!

Oh my Arceus, Iono is AMAZING. Like Marnie meets N. Also I thought as much, that new tool is basically Cape of Toughness (but can work on GX's in Expanded, granted they have Fighting Fury Belt there as an option too).

“Snow Hazard” and “Clay Burst” Sets Featuring Chien-Pao ex and Ting-Lu ex Officially Revealed!

Super Rod is back! Thank goodness! That new nurse supporter that was revealed is nice, but we really needed recycling on an item card too.

Pokemon Judge Receives Lifetime Ban Following Harassment of Transgender Players at Tournament

Imagine being so unhappy that you have to try to take away what makes other people happy. Unfortunately I suppose that's a very common thing which many people do or have done, but we don't have to let it be common in our community and I'm thankful for the people who chose to do the right thing.

“Ruler of the Black Flame” to Feature Dark-Type Charizard, Plus Upcoming Release Dates!

This is a pretty important question. If it also uses fire energy then you have a splashable dark-type attacker in fire Charizard decks (with the inevitable fire-type Charizard ex and a new no rulebox Charizard). If it uses dark energy then suddenly it is best used as its own deck or used in...

“Ruler of the Black Flame” to Feature Dark-Type Charizard, Plus Upcoming Release Dates!

This is their chance to shake up the terra effect, by making it so that all Pokemon who kept their type have the bench barrier, but those who have a new type have an effect based on that new type (e.g. ones who became Dark aren't affected by your opponent's supporter cards).

“Scarlet & Violet” Booster Pack Configuration Finally Revealed: Major Exciting Changes!

I can relate to this part especially. Even though the new reverse designs look better than the current ones, I still prefer non-holo or regular holo over them every time. With that said this change should be a bad deal for me, but I suppose I buy booster boxes for considerably less than MSRP...

All 73 “Triplet Beat” Cards Fully Revealed!

Falkner is a surprisingly consistent "Draw 2 + 2 if condition is met" card.

“Pokemon Trading Card Game Classic” Box Set Announced for Fall, Features New and Classic Cards!

With that cost they really weren't kidding when they said "Premium".

Paldean Wooper, Mismagius, Dendra Illustration Rares from ‘Triplet Beat!’

Why do both Dendra arts have to be so good!? I have to get both now! Also love that Mismagius art, shame it isn't as fun as the one from Silver Tempest which I built a deck around.

Pikachu ex, Pawmot Evolution Line from ‘Starter Set Pikachu ex & Pawmot’!

If we get a decent to good Luxray ex that Shinx can be legitimately great. Use the ability, rare candy, wreck some havoc. Probably the best thing about ex's over EX/Tag Team GX/V's is that now going forward all evolving basics and stage 1's with decent abilities immediately have more potential.

Upcoming Pokemon Series to Feature Captain Pikachu, FINAL Episode of Ash’s Journey Revealed!

Suddenly I have visions of Pikachu saying "Yare yare" and yelling "PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA!!!!" while spamming Thunder Punches.

Tinkaton, Tinkatuff, & Tinatink from ‘Triplet Beat’!

You know I actually kinda like this Tinkaton. The ability is good but not great, since you'd rather use a Stage 1 with Trade... but at least the attack isn't a mediocre "just there" kind of attack. Since we're getting this a while after rotation, that means the only meaningful special energy you...

Clodsire ex, Dedenne ex, Ghetsis, and More from “Triplet Beat!”

Not only do they all so far have the same boring effect, but the terra type is one of their original types too.

Next League Battle Deck to Feature Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR!

Palkia can still be great post-rotation if we get some strong water Pokemon ex.

“Triplet Beat” Set Officially Revealed for March!

I really like the efficient attack costs on the final evos to balance out that they're stage 2 multiprizers.
