Sounds like a fun deck! Effectively a 230 HP Luxray, that you can use with Counter Energy/DCE or maybe Magnezone.

As a Raichu/Magnezone player (don't judge, it's pretty good!), I can say this card will be incredible in that particular deck. It is necessary to use 1 or 2 Skyla to search Item cards (Rare Candy, occasionally Ultra Ball) to help evolve faster into Magnezone. The ability to search for an Item...

Solid card! I think it will see some play. If you can find a way to get a lot of energy in the discard, the attack is incredible- your opponent will almost always have 5 or 6 Pokemon in play turn 1.

FINALLY ANOTHER TORTERRA I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 5 YEARS The Energies don't seem great.... maybe a substitute for Rainbow Energy in a few decks, but the energy combos don't seem very relavant.

First attack is not terrible. This new stage 1 pokemon who does 50 times the number of your opponents pokemon with abilities for 1 energy- could be pretty darn good!

Do you realize what this means? There will likely be some kind of mechanic in the TCG with using GX attacks more than once! Maybe something with Rotom Dex trainers or a Rotom ability!

Seems pretty good- and funny! That GX attack is powerful, Ability is useful, other attack is ok.
