Haha, Yea, unfortunately that means she'll have a Sp Def stat of either 60 or 65. But either way, that could be quite a threat. If fairy hits what they say it does for SE damage then she really could be quite the threat.

My favorite type, would have to be Dark. Since Gen 2. Umbreon is my favorite Pokemon of all time, until Mega Amphabio is playable, then he may take the number one spot. Dark just seems mischeveous and trouble making-y(?). Which is why I hope Chespy will be Grass/Dark. :D With that said though...

I can tell you now, no. You won't be raising "base stat values". It's solely for EV training. Otherwise, all you need to do is Super Train your pokes until they have 999 in each base stat. Then there'd be balance issues out the wazoo.
