This is just a guess, but it might be right. ;D I would guess that you would qualify to be a Jr. Mod if you are active and you are knowledgable in a certian forum that a Jr. Mod would moderate. If the mods wanted to pick more Jr. Mods, you might be one of the candidates then. =] I said mod in...

This game looks like it's gonna be pretty good. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get it because I've played the other Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga series games (and I enjoyed them) and I heard a lot of great things from HeatRotomFTW1997! I also heard you can play as Bowser. :O That's awesome! WP
