Every time I played Black 2 and Black I loved my Serperior. I beat it like 4 times. I tried with Emboar but we just didn't click. I liked the grass starter and grass only. Besides the Kalos "starters" were proven fakes, made by a renowned fakemon artist. They aren't real.

I nickname all my pokemon. It makes them feel more personable. Like they're real and stuff. I don't name them human names though. Just tons and tons of references and bad puns.
