    Ruling Undevelop

It also mentions a Pokemon that just evolved that turn. Devolving should be similar enough to evolving in that you would be able to use BTS to evolve a newly devolved Eevee again. Also, one post I remember Kaga making either on Beach or on Gym was him saying that BTS essentially removes...

    Ruling Discard Pile

Meaty and The Pain, how did those posts exactly help with the issue at hand? Oh that's right, they didn't. :/ Don't post unless you have something to contribute to the question or to expand upon a previously given answer. [/end of thread]

    Ruling Hippowdon lv.X's question

This is exactly why we don't close topics once a question has been answered. And no, the Lost Zone does not go back into the deck.

Ruling Can I use Old Cards Repeated In new Sets?

The original Charizard is legal, you just need a newer one for reference or a printout of the Card-Dex for it.

    Ruling Card drawing

Anymore attacks at anyone, sarcastic or not, stop here. Its up to the Head Judge as Lou said. End of thread, to prevent further attacks. :/

    Ruling Beedrill RR ruling?

That is correct. Sometimes all it takes is a little common sense and a look in the rulebook. ;p

    Ruling Beedrill RR ruling?

In the case of Alakazam you would search your deck, but you would not be able to place an Alakazam onto Alakazam. It is considered an illegal evolution. This is straight from the Professor Forums: Everyone happy now? :P

    Ruling Feraligatr Ex

Oh, by damage you mean the Base Damage. And no, you don't apply it like that. Because the Base Damage is 70+ you would look to the attack text to see how you add damage to it. So, you would calculate damage, then damage gets dealt.
  9. K

    Ruling Feraligatr Ex

WCCC Sore Spot 70+ Does 70 damage plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on the Defending Pokemon. Mind explaining how you are getting 140 out of that? Are you factoring weakness, or something else? It's kind of hard to answer a question where there is no context given. :/

    Ruling Beedrill RR ruling?

By this, it means in the case of a self referenceing attack you replace the name of the Pokemon with "this Pokemon." This would apply in all cases, not just Slaking/Vigoroth. Does anything evolve from "this Pokemon", whether it be Alakazam or Beedrill? No, thus, it is a illegal evolution...

Ruling question. i think i know the answer but im not 100%

The Palkia is still recognized as the Attacking Pokemon, nothing can change the fact that it attacked Gengar. Gengar checks to see what Pokemon attacked it, with a check it doesn't matter where the Pokemon is, as long as it exists. So you were correct in telling him what you did.
  12. K

Ruling Max number of Unowns, etc

Considering all three people above missed the last line of your post... Whenever a Lv. X is devolved, it goes to the next lowest stage of evolution. So if you devolve the Machamp X, it would become a Machoke if it was not evolved via Rare Candy. If it was evolved using Rare Candy it would...

    Ruling Gengar Fainting Spell

Mind showing us exactly where it says "You take your prize first."? Oh wait... it doesn't say that. [/end of thread]
  14. K

    Ruling Gengar shadow room

piplup234, if you're going to post something pointless can't you at least spell it right? It's Unown, not Unknown. I say it again, once a question has been answered, do not post unless you have something to add to the answer, or a similar question. *Lock*
  15. K

    Ruling Bibarel SF

Whenever a Pokemon uses its own name in an attack/Power/Body that use of the name is self-referenceing. Meaning: You basically replace the name with the words "this Pokemon." So that attack/Power/Body only works on the Pokemon it is printed on, it does not affect all Pokemon with that name.

Ruling What Happens If Honchkrow X Uses Murkrow's "Mean Look"? (Neo Genesis)

/me says read its body more closely. It allows Murkrow to use Honchkrows attacks as its own. Not the other way around.

    Ruling Kabutops MD

Starting with DP all trainer cards were split up into three categories. Trainers, Supporters, and Stadiums. When Kabutops refers to Trainers, it means JUST Trainers. For example: Rare Candy, Night Maintenance, and Energy Gain. (Tools are also considered Trainers.)

    ACT core.

The ACT doesn't look for your work. :/ There are a couple of free response questions but there is no place for work. You just write in your answer. Juliacoolo, it's not 500 questions. It was like... 50 at the most. I went in without any practice on the ACT or SAT and I did fine. It...

    ACT core.

Um... if you're only in 7th grade I highly doubt you are taking the actual ACT. But... on the off chance that you are, it's not that hard. It just took a long time. I can't remember for the life of me what was on it, but I do remember that it was pretty simple. Just don't take too long on...
