Unoen G prevents effects of attacks. Poison Structure is a PokePower, not an attack. So being poisoned by Poison Structure is not prevented. It blocks effects of attacks, excluding damage. Since the extra damage from Deep Poison is just that, damage, it is not prevented.

While taking the Professor Test you are allowed to have any resource you wish open. Basically, it's a test of how well you can use the Compendium or other rules document. Unless you have someone take your Professor Test for you, you can't really be cheating. :P

You can still use the old ones, you just need a reference/Card-Dex entry in order to use them in a tournament.

Uh, mind finding the ruling for us? Because the rule is, and has been, that you cannot normally Level Up a Pokemon on the turn you play it. No exceptions. Level Max breaks this rule, but since the card is telling you to break the rules, you may do what it says.

I'm assuming that you live in England. A set only becomes legal for tournament play once it is officially released in your region. Since Bonds is not out in your region, (Or so I assume.) you cannot use it in tournaments.
